Getting a bigger buttocks, naturally and hopefully, quickly!

Ever since I can remember, I’ve thought Marilyn Monroe was the most beautiful woman on earth. Well, no longer on earth, but you know what I mean.

As I was growing up, most of my friends were buying into the whole media thing around being super stick skinny. I just never bought into it. Women are meant to be voluptuous, as far as I was concerned, and I was pretty positive I wanted to develop into a full-figured beauty like Marilyn Monroe. She certainly wasn’t a stick insect. She was a healthy weight and most importantly – she had curves!

This is what I want too and I don’t care what society says is the perfect body for women. I want curves, dammit!

As Sir Mix a Lot said, “I’m tired of magazines sayin’ flat butts are the thing…”

Anyway, I guess I’ve been trying to accomplish this for quite a long time. My breasts are pretty nice – a B cup – and I’m satisfied with that for now. My waist has been a work in progress for a long time and now it’s down to around 26 inches on most days so I’m fairly satisfied with that too. Now with my breasts and waist out of the way, I figure I should concentrate on my butt. After all, what’s the point of having a teeny tiny waist if you don’t have a booty?

So I’ve been reading about how to get a bigger butt. A long time ago, I tried the infamous fish oil method. If you haven’t heard of it, it’s all over the Internet on the Topix forums and the like. Everyone said that it was totally effective and I have to say, it actually was.

What I did was take two fish oil capsules and one vitamin E capsules and mix it all together. I usually used a bottle cap to do that so I could throw it away immediately. Btw-This is important because this stuff seriously stinks! Anyway, I took that mix and applied it to both my butt cheeks. Afterwards, I wrapped my butt in saran wrap – seriously tricky to do, especially when there’s oil all over your butt – and then I just sat like that for like 30 minutes every day.

One extra thing I did also that was my own variation of the fish oil method was after I took off the saran wrap, I didn’t immediately jump into the shower. Instead, I did squats in my room. I know, it’s kind of weird, sitting around and doing naked squats but it felt like I was doing really good things for my butt, you know? Giving it some fat to hold onto and building up some muscle! Anyway, after that, I’d jump in the shower and try to get rid of the fishy smell using anything I could find!

Well, I did this for a little while and I saw some good growth, but I had to stop because I started dating a boy I really liked and I didn’t want him to think I smelled like a fish. Plus, if he asked – wtf would I say?! I use fish oil to make my butt bigger? Lol.

Anyway, he’s away for the summer vacation right now so I figure it’s as good a time as any to start on my fish oil journey again. Hopefully, by the time he comes back, I’ll have an enormous booty to show for it!

So I am utterly into yoga. I can still remember the first time I tried it. There were just so many people ranting about it that I just had to give it a try. Remember when yoga just caught on in the States? Yea, I sort of got swept up by that.

There were all these claims of how wonderful yoga was and I did want to increase my flexibility so I signed up for a class with a girlfriend of mine. Well, we ended up leaving halfway through the lesson. The stuff was just so...I don't know, pretentious...we couldn't help laughing and eventually we were asked to leave.

Needless to say, I didn't try again for awhile. The next time I tried was because one of my close girl friends had actually gotten her yoga certification. We were so happy for her and although I wasn't that into yoga, I figured I should show up for her first class and show support. Well, I totally fell in love with it. I walked out of the class with a crazy burn in my bums and a feeling of incredible elasticity around my waist.

I was hooked. Anyway, nowadays, I do a lot of yoga for my bum. It's not really yoga, per se, but you can incorporate almost every yoga pose to benefit your butt. I love basic squats and lunges, but they're pretty boring and yoga is an awesome way to continuously work on bum really easily and continuously.

Give it a try!
